Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 22phl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 22phl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22phl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must notify 22phl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 22phl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documents requested by 22phl's compliance team as a condition of account activation and withdrawal processing.
3.5 Account Suspension. 22phl reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or any other violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 22phl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on 22phl:
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 22phl is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified in the Payments section of the 22phl Help Center.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. 22phl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 22phl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player by email.
All deposits and withdrawals on 22phl are subject to standard processing times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected instantly. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 22phl are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover" or "playthrough") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. 22phl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
5.4 22phl Right to Modify. 22phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered players.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on 22phl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by 22phl, its staff, or any third party.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 22phl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. 22phl is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 22phl and are displayed within each game interface. 22phl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 22phl's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may submit a dispute via the 22phl support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22phl Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
22phl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies where applicable.

Players who have self-excluded from 22phl must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and all funds returned.
All content on the 22phl Platform — including but not limited to the 22phl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22phl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 22phl Platform without prior written consent from 22phl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22phl, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
22phl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 22phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
22phl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
22phl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
22phl will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by applicable Philippine law, including disclosures to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.
12.1 By 22phl. 22phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your 22phl account at any time by contacting the 22phl support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22phl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 22phl informally by contacting our support team. 22phl will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
22phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 22phl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
